About Me
Hi, I’m Caitlin!
I am dedicated to supporting individuals through their unique challenges and journeys toward healing and growth. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles, specializing in Applied Community Psychology. My career in mental health began by initially providing care to adults in a community-based clinic. Over the years, I’ve also gained experience working with school-aged children (K-8th grade), and in both residential and intensive outpatient settings, supporting adult individuals experiencing mood and personality conditions.
As a therapist, I believe in the transformative power of connection and the potential for growth in every individual. My background as an assistant site director in early childhood development has given me a deep understanding of the emotional, relational, and cultural experiences that shape who we are. This insight, combined with my therapeutic expertise, allows me to provide holistic care that addresses the mind, body, and spirit.
I integrate practices such as yoga and mindfulness into my work to nurture both my own well-being and that of my clients. I am passionate about creating a safe, compassionate space where exploration and healing can take place. My approach is client-centered, meaning I tailor my methods to fit your unique needs, and I am committed to supporting you as you work toward your goals and deeper understanding of yourself.
If you are looking for a therapist who is empathetic, supportive, and committed to your growth, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
